Established in 1972 Pakistan Electrical and
Mechanical Constructors Pvt Limited now Pemcon
Private Limited after the exit of G.E.C UK from
Pakistan are Pioneers in the construction of
High Voltage Transmission Lines, Cable Laying
for the Pakistan’s major Utilities KESC and
WAPDA.
We have installed over 3000 Km of HV
transmission Lines with varying voltage range
from 33kv to 500kv and over 350 Km of 132/220 Kv
Oil Filled Underground Cable all Over Pakistan
and overseas in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Sri-lanka.
We are also actively involved in the
Telecommunications Sector and have installed
land portion of Fiber Optic back bone of marine
cable projects namely SEA_ME_WE3 and SEA_ME_WE_4
with the international consortium of companies
led by IT Canada and Alcatel France
respectively.
For the Mobile communication Sector we are
Installing BTS green field and roof top sites
all over Pakistan for a Multitude of Clients
like Nokia, Ericission, PTCL wireless, Paktel,
and Mobilink, Huawei etc.
